Elle fait partie d&#8217;une nouvelle classe r\u00e9volutionnaire de mat\u00e9riaux de construction appel\u00e9s tapis composites cimentaires g\u00e9osynth\u00e9tiques (TCCG). Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un g\u00e9osynth\u00e9tique flexible contenant du b\u00e9ton qui durcit par hydratation pour former une couche de b\u00e9ton mince, durable, imperm\u00e9able et r\u00e9sistante au feu. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 10 fois plus rapide \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer que les solutions de b\u00e9ton conventionnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La toile en b\u00e9ton consiste en une matrice de fibres tridimensionnelles sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9e contenant un m\u00e9lange de b\u00e9ton sec. Le support en PVC d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 garantit que la toile en b\u00e9ton est compl\u00e8tement \u00e9tanche. La toile en b\u00e9ton peut \u00eatre hydrat\u00e9e en appliquant (pulv\u00e9risation ou trempage) de l&#8217;eau douce ou sal\u00e9e sur sa surface. Apr\u00e8s durcissement les fibres renforcent le b\u00e9ton, emp\u00eachent la propagation des fissures et forment une deuxi\u00e8me barri\u00e8re qui soutient la couche de PVC. En cons\u00e9quence, le tissu en b\u00e9ton offre une alternative mince, durable et imperm\u00e9able au b\u00e9ton conventionnel.
